Gina’s Approach

Gina takes her clients on a transformative path of self-discovery to first identify their strengths, talents, and interests. Gina has a true passion for guiding others to align their intrinsic motivations with a path that is both sustainable and fulfilling. She then takes this information and compares and contrasts it to her real-world experience helping others successfully navigate their journeys to identify paths of opportunity. Her approach is unique as it is based on 20 years of interviewing and working with both candidates as a hiring manager and students as an admissions officer, career counselor, and educational consultant. Combined with her studies in psychology and organizational leadership, these dual roles help Gina excel at matching the right people with the right environment.
